A Sneak Peek of Things to Come
In December 2007 I wrote about the exciting change to the new QuantumDigital. Looking back at those blogs I decided it’s a great time to highlight what we just launched and let you in on a sneak peek of what is on the horizon.
Last week we launched a new home page that highlights featured news and a new product catalog page for those customers looking to quickly order a specific product. To celebrate the new product page launch, we’re offering 250 free business cards until August 31.
Another new great service we’ve added this year is eMarketing. You can sign-up for a free account and try the new eMarketing service free for 30 days. It’s a great way to roll out that monthly newsletter to your customer base, highlight a special business promotion, or inform your customers of a new business opening. We’ve included easy to use pre-designed templates or you can choose to upload your own.
You can also now comment on my weekly blog entries. We’ll post your comments and discussions for other business professionals to read and respond to.
Our market has also shaped several new packaged services- that we are calling lanes. These bundled direct mail, email and print services fit the different needs and business patterns of individuals/business professionals and small businesses. We currently offer one service package “lane.” In the next few weeks we’ll be launching two new individual service packages and new small/medium business packages.
We have also built out a hybrid lane called the “Power User.” This is designed for a business professional that wants all our advanced direct mail and email features- and who need metrics for their campaigns. Power users will have access to a new ordering dashboard. Features of the dashboard include a snapshot view of recently placed orders, historical comparisons of marketing activities and a weekly featured news article. This new “Power User” package will also include an AutoMail feature. An AutoMail Series lets you create a postcard series (multiple postcards with different designs) and assign mailing dates to each one in advance.
We’ve also added a scheduled mailing option. Scheduled mail lets you create one postcard design and mail it immediately, or schedule a reccurring mailing of that same postcard — weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly.
We’ve broadened our focus over the last few years into manufacturing, education, telecommunications, retail, non-profit and many other market segments. As QuantumDigital grows, we will continue to research the market and develop products and services that the market demands.
And to repeat my blog from December, QuantumDigital is more than just a name. It’s about who we are, what we do and most importantly, how we do it. We’re on an incredible journey, and we’re thrilled you’re here to share it with us.
